Through Joyce’s expertise and coaching skills, teams enjoy renewed interaction and powerful partnership skills from Joyce’s sessions to resolve conflict in the workplace.  Using her “Direct with Respect®” insights,  teams benefit by learning new ways to work together using consensus building and creative brainstorming activities that allow all to excel.  This is a key to improving communication skills.

SWOT analysis, team activities, respect activities, conflict negotiation,  and techniques in brainstorming are all part of the training process.

 Joyce’s clients learn how to collaborate even when individuals don’t get along especially when there is bullying in the workplace.. They will learn strategies on how to deal with sarcasm, negativity, retaliation in the workplace, and silence.

Be Direct with Respect® is a skill that gives you control and focuses on results...concentrating on improving communication skills.  It creates a win/win situation and shows the importance of respecting yourself and others. You will learn tips on how to use constructive feedback in a positive and productive way. You will also learn how to protect yourself from getting defensive when others “push your button.” 

Learn how collaboration can save everyone time to do the things they need and want to do. Each session contains exercises to resolve conflict in the workplace and move the team forward.
